We use a 15' John boat and pull up to docks in the intracoastal. We freeline cut shrimp from Sam's Club with a small split shot weight. If a dock does not produce bites in 5 minutes, we move on to another dock. Easy to catch a lot of sheepsheads this way in January and February.
What is your charter service name? What fish are in season during the first 2/weeks of March?
Hey Rick, check out Saltyscalescharter.com. March has a nice abundance of redfish, snook, trout and mackerel.

You have struggled a little with the convicts lol
Solid video bro. Caught a healthy 18in sheep over the weekend. Looking forward to this cold weather! Let me get an invite to the dock! 🤣
Thanks! Sounds like you know what you are doing out there.
Nice video and really nice fish! What a great day!
It was a great day out on the dock!
Hard to find fidlers, many holes no crabs! 😂Mud crabs work great too! Thanks for video!😀
Mud and mangrove crabs work even better 👍
Great video, I do have a question though. What is the hook size and weight that you are using?
Thanks, 1/0 and 1/8th ounce
@@Saltyscales Cool, thanks for the info and tight lines. :)

Happy New Year!
Everyone should subscribe to this great fishing channel.
@WilliamKiene I appreciate that, buddy 🙏
They love baby crawfish.
I bet they do. That is one we haven't tried
These fish are my damn nemesis
@@FoulOwl2112 you're not the only one, I hear that often lol
Not looking for your spots. Visiting Treasure Island area in the first 2 weeks of March. Are there any docks or beaches in that area to public fish ?
Good times
Yes indeed
I'm not sure a 4000 reel is "ultra light."
@aproctor1968 you are confusing what I'm stating. Use a very light reel NOT an ultra light spinning reel.
