Taoreed Lagbaja is more than a leader. i have worked under him at 82 division army at enugu as a civilian worker. i am short of words for the description of this man. his death is a big disaster for the nation as a whole. especially the soldiers that this man has been taking care of WALLAHI.
I just mourn your departure,a gallant soldier mentioned among many as courageous..what a loss at such time to the civilian & entire military command. May the family & nation bear the loss. As a Nigerian,I felt your loss greatly
Lagbaja was a younger course mate at the Polytechnic Ibadan between 1984 and 1986. He was so meek that no one could believe, he could get to the pinnacle of military career. I knew him to be a Muslim not knowing he converted and became a pastor. May gentle soul rest in peace.
😢 seriously these is a great lost to these Nation a great Man and a Selfless Service Man oh no he will greatly be missed and His memory will never be forgotten i ve never felt so pained by the dìe of thesw great Man my HeartFelt Condolance to his Entire Family and The Nigerian Army 😢😢😢
May his gentle soul rest in peace and The Great Comforter comforts all the families he left behind and Nigeria kur great Nation in The Mighty Name of 11:57 Jesus.
There must be annual medical tests for men above the age of 40 for pancreatic ulcer to prevent sudden death like that of Lagbaja because if he had been diagnosed èarlier he might have survived.
There is apparently anyone can do when it comes to pancreatic cancer. No clear reasons or objective risk dactors to prevent it. Its a death sentence which might be slow. The suprising thing is lagbaja knew of sll these but he still kept on his job and duties as if nothing was at stake with his heath. I noticed the conjuctival jaundice since like 2 years now.
NAWA O! SUCH A DEVOUT SOLDIER. SUCH A ROLE MODEL. SUCH A BRAVE GENERAL. SUCH A HUMBLE CITIZEN OF NIGERIA. I COMPLETELY DISAGREE WITH THE NOTION THAT HE DID NOTHING. I DO NOT KNOW HIM, NEITHER HAVE I EVER MET HIM OR EVEN HEARD HIS NAME. BUT SEEING WHAT I JUST WATCHED, THE GENERAL LOOKS TOO THOROUGH TO HAVE IGNORED HIS HEALTH. HOWEVER AS A COURAGEOUS MAN, HE MUST HAVE DECIDED TO REMAIN AT HIS DUTY POST, INSTEAD OF RETIRING TO GO HOME MOPPING AND CRYING. REST ON BOLD AND FEARLESS GENERAL: YOU CAME. YOU SAW. YOU CONQUERED. MAY GOD PRESERVE YOUR FAMILY. SALUTE !
AS A MAN OF GOD, I KNOW THAT HE MUST HAVE ALSO EXERCISE A LOT OF FAITH - HEBREWS 11:1 & 6 BUT WE PLAN AND STRUGGLE, BUT GOD DECIDES. REST IN THE BOSSOM OF YAHWEH, DEAR SERVANT OF THE MOST HIGH GOD! SLEEP ON SIR!
