Good on you Nimah for trying the menstrual cup. I've been using it for the past 7 years and I can vouch that it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. Never going back to sanitary pads ever!! Menstrual cups are good for the environment as we can use 1 cup for up to 10 years and save money at the same time as well. I urge all females to give it a try.
