Hangyodon's Great Parallel Plan: Flowery Edo in an Uproar! (English FanSub)

Plot: In this second episode of Hangyodon's Parallel Strategy series, Hangyodon, Sayuri, and Otamaro are tasked with going back in time to the Edo period at the insistence of rich old Sea-Otter and his ghostly ancestor to retrieve their golden Kannon statue heirloom. Once in the Edo period, Hangyodon and his friends learn of the Full-Moon Kozou, a thief said to soon steal the statue on the next full moon which is rapidly approaching...
But just who is the real identity of this notorious thief? What does Kingyo-chan's Edo ancestor have to do with all of this? And will Hangyodon manage to retrieve the heirloom in one piece?
