    would you recommend a 2 year fixed right now or a 2 year variable ?

      @propertyaccelerator  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Fixed - Variable rates are way too high.

      @@propertyaccelerator what if variable rates drop (all signs pointing they will), I'll then be stuck on a fixed ?

    Hi James, thanks for daily updates. I am looking at remortgaging with 45% LTV. Currently I am seeing around 4.5 % 2 year rate for this LTV. Do you know if the rates can come down further in next 3 months? What’s your gut feeling? Thanks

      They wont change much maybe 0.25% better if we get good inflation data in June.

      I'm getting 4.51% on 50% LTV for 5 yrs with £0 product fee. I'm still waiting to see what the rates would be after June.

    Will house and rent prices be coming down with election on the way ?

    • @propertyaccelerator
      @propertyaccelerator  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Rent wont as we dont have enough stock. House prices could as less people buy as they wait to see what happens in election.

    Labour will never do anything to cut taxation, stamp duty will probably go up if anything. CGT is almost certain to be raised savagely, affecting those who flip houses. Ltd company you can dissolve using entrepreneur's relief for £1m of profit....but they'll likely end that too!
    No stone will be left unturned to fleece us
