There's a very popular fan theory (with many aspects that would fit with the plotlines) that he was contracted to be the insurance policy to kill Ned had Joffrey not gone the execution route. Knowing that the deal Ned thought he had with them was to be sent to the wall, he allowed himself to be captured so he could be one of the prisoners given the offer to serve in the Night's Watch in lieu of imprisonment and be among the people traveling north with Ned.
These are always such a blast. Also i love that we as a community have all collectively decided that Angel is a precious baby boy that must be protected at all costs, while at the same time we all cant wait to see the moments that just emotionally gut-punch punch him cold.
Hi Sean, just wanted to let you know that I've been having an absolute blast watching you and Angel react to GOT for the first time. The OG Burlington Bar reactions were the first thing that got me into reaction videos roughly 7-8 years ago when I was a freshman in college. From your channel I eventually found my way to the Normies, Blindwave, and whole bunch of other great reactors. Sending all the love y'all's way brother! P.S. I don't know if you take show recommendations, but even if you don't react to it and just want to watch it for your own enjoyment, I highly recommend a show called "Babylon Berlin." It's set in Berlin Germany in 1929 and it's one of if not the single most expensive non-English language tv shows ever made. Great actors, costuming, set design, and excellent writing. I figured it's the kind of show you and the Drases' (sorry if I misspelled their last names) would really love.
26:31 this Actress plays in the white Queen great tv show ❤❤ actually the woman helping Arya plays in the white princess the second season with lady stark
Show quality decline, probably less interest to see next episode, and probably have more important uploads they've been working on which probably catch more views
How did Jacquen get captured? That’s a great question and one that’s been debated for years. Most people (me included) think Jacquen got captured on purpose as a way to get close to an assassination target. Who was the target? Maybe Ned. The plan was That Ned would go to the Wall. Maybe Littlefinger hired the Faceless men to kill Ned before he made it to the Wall. So Jacquen purposely got caught committing some crime so he’d be recruited for the Night Watch and be in position to kill Ned.
Jamie was almost assuredly lying about Edmure having a baby with his Frey wife. So Edmure probably betrayed his people for nothing. If Edmure was smarter he would have accepted the deal with Jamie, walked into Riverrun, and rallied his troops. That would have angered the Freys who lost Edmure as a prisoner and forced Jamie to do a costly assault on Riverrun
It's wild that Edmure's marriage is even considered legit given how and why it occurred. I'm surprised that he even got a night with his "wife," instead of being taken straight to a cell when he left the hall. Crazy to think he was in the middle of it while the slaughter was going on downstairs without him even knowing.
A Tully child (heir) gives them a toehold on some legitimacy with their goal of ruling the riverlands. Once that was achieved, he was put in the dungeons.
Sean wearing a T-Shirt.... Faceless Man? Maybe. It had to be so annoying for Clive Russell to literally go out the same way his character had in The 13th Warrior. "I've run about as far as I care to. Today was a good day." ~ Helfdane (Clive Russell)
god the storylines get so fucking stupid this season. "finally a girl is no one" WHY? because you ran out of good writing. It's almost as if they're trying to trick us.
How did Jaqen Hagar get caught by the way?! Head to www.patreon.com/SeanTankTop to see Angel's reaction to S6x9&10 for only $8!

Love how Sean looks at angel when it’s something important about to happen lol..
👀
29:04 i always saw that nod of approval as "you deserve your vengence"

Perfectly balanced as all GoT rewatches should be.
"A girl is Arya Stark of Winterfell and I'm going home" these words go hard and then the music kicks in
The Waif (Arya's opponent) was played by Faye Marsay who also played Vel Sartha in "Andor."
Also she played Anne Neville in The White Queen - her character is so different in that show from this one and Andor her range is incredible
It's been 84 years 👵💔
Good thing you’ll only have to wait 2 days for 6x9
@@SeanTanktop WAH, I was not ready for this

I love these reactions. Why is it taking 100 years between every upload?🥲

Or ppl just have a Real Life they got to take care of
Our editor had a series of health and personal calamities that stacked up at the end of the year and held us back
@@bryancomer1984be leave it or not, not everyone hates the final seasons as much as you do
@@SeanTanktop Is Kenny okay? we love Kenny!

@bill.godwin-austen I see. That definitely makes sense. Thanks for the clarification.

Now the long wait begins...
Til tomorrow 🤘🏼
Waiting for the shoe to drop in King's Landing... what, like a pair of TOMS?
Casa de T-shirt?? So confusing 😳 Epic t-shirts tho 🙌
And um, $8 for 2 of the most incredible episodes of the whole series?? Take my money! 💸
20:36 you sure 'bout that?????

Hhahahahaa
Naw, Kevan putting cersi in her place makes him a legend, not a pos. Thats cersi.
Somewhat suprised by the cersi love, but Leana does kill the role.
We were taking about Pycelle

The writing team was nominated for a Primetime Emmy for that season, so it must not have been that bad.
Pace seems super rushed this edit for some reason
