      Angola became independent from Portugal only in 1975. After independence a 27-year-long civil war raged in the country until 2002.

      Gostei de ver um dos melhores TH-camr de África na nossa capital. Mas gostaria de ver ele a entrevistar jovens empreendedores q saíram da Europa para empreender em Angola, também podiam falar das relações Angola Gana, se é q existe uma e por último não menos importante falassem do processo dele d viagem se foi burocrático

    • @FindirelaYeza
      @FindirelaYeza  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Infelizmente os empreendedores Angolanos rejeitam em fazer entrevistas, têm receio de partilhar o processo deles.

    • @FindirelaYeza
      @FindirelaYeza  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Do processo da viagem dele ele fará um vídeo especial para tal, entretanto tem uma entrevista que fiz com ele onde partilha um pouco sobre o processo e com certeza teve muita burocracia.

    Most African countries show that they have the potential to grow and uplift their people. They only need governments that care about the locals, it seems most places built well are places for tourists and not the local people

    Are you from Angola. I am from Zimbabwe and when i last visited late 1990s i was dissapoibted. The hotels then were super expensive and some working people living a few miles from the city centre were using community boreholes for their water.
    Very nice peope. Off course the coastline was splendid, a lot of very expensive high end restaurants catering to the well off off shore oil wprkers and expatriate community. Dos Santos family like all other African dictators plundered the resources. Angola like the Democratic Reoublic of Congo its neighbor should be one of the richest countries in Africa. All the best to Amgola.

    • @kenda490
      @kenda490 ปีที่แล้ว

      In late 90s we were struggling with a civil war, actually it was in its worst part and there is no way you can compare with ours days... And only a misinformed people can compare the situation in Congo with Angola.

    • @muchit3629
      @muchit3629 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kenda490 You obvioously do not understand English clearly and that's alright because I assume you speak Portuguese. I did not compare DRC and Angola. I just brought up the DRC to say that the DRC and Angola should be some of the richest countries in Africa based on their size and natural resources. I do see that Angola has improved quite a lot.

    What I don't like about this country is that they are mentally alienated to
    where not even a single local language is WIDELY spoken in a big city . In Luanda ,capital city, everyone speaks Portuguese . The names of the Luanda districts/ boroughs are in Portuguese, etc
    And they ( Angolans ) seem to be proud of it .

    • @heathermtetwa1579
      @heathermtetwa1579 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's everywhere on the continent, people are proud of their colonisers things than their own, maybe because our leaders are still colonised as well and they see nothing wrong with it. So the people will just follow the leaders, plus the leaders haven't done so much to uplift the masses.

    • @imhotep1613
      @imhotep1613 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @heathermtetwa1579 Thanks for replying. It's NOT everywhere on the continent .
      For example, in my country, Congo Kinshasa, all districts ,boroughs, neighborhoods, etc, ABSOLUTELY all of them are in local languages . This is thanks to the Mobutu cultural revolution he installed in Congo in 1971 . Remember, Kinshasa used to be called Leopoldville , Lumbashi ( 2nd biggest city ) was ElizabetVille, now it's called Lubumbashi.
      And in Congo we only use French in administration matters, official documents, etc
      But in real life, we use 4 major national languages, which are Lingala ( the most spoken language) , Kiswahili, Kikongo, and Tshiluba .
