You CANNOT get too comfortable in life. Took ownership last year I'm 23 now. I am still so young and I cannot wait to fail and learn new things.

Been running every morning after thinking I couldn’t run for more than 10 seconds. My true soul is marinating back into my conscious and I realised my demons sit in my true self not my comfortable self. I thought my comfortable self was making the demons attack, what I didn’t realise is I was living in it. As soon as I started using discipline I realised the demons connected to the core of my authentic self
25 years old, deleted all social media except youtube, ive never had more ambition to do things in my life now, once you remove the option to sit down and scroll to kill time, you realize how much time you are wasting daily
I ran every day 5 miles at least last year was cut in the best shape of my life feeling great. Had an accident foot shattered. Finally getting back into it. Feel hope because my heart still remembers who I was and my body breaths properly while running. Dont have to go through the start up pain again of not being able to breath while running. #blessed

It was my first time being THAT committed, but obviously I was doing things wrong. After a few months later, I’ve grown a lot, my strength is greater, but there’s still things I need to improve on. And I’m more committed than ever.

(00:32) - "Doesn't matter how hard you work; I'm willing to work harder." This point captures the relentless drive to outwork others, no matter the challenge, emphasizing the mindset of going beyond one’s limits. (04:13) - "There's no excuse not to be the hardest worker in the room." A reminder that external factors like strength or speed don’t matter if you commit to working the hardest, pushing yourself past excuses. I've stumbled, fallen, and felt the weight of defeat. But each failure was a step closer to my success, a lesson teaching me to rise stronger and wiser.

My mindset is forever hardened and changed from the normalcy of society when i put myself through 16-20 hour workdays everyday for a month and a half, eating mostly snacks and some fruits and a meal a day, sometimes 2 but mostly 1. Im a savage mentally because i see the capablility of more but i feel my digestion and health is now compromised. Maybe the mental demons made their stay permanent. I hope i can pull this off with the mindset i gained.

Hey guys, i hope somebody will read this. In 3 days i will begin on a 30 day project, as a professional boxer, where on day number 30, i will have my first boxing match ever. I have minimal boxing experience, and I'm NOT i shape. I've gotten a cameraman, and I intend to vlog each of the 30 days and post short 40 second vlogs on my social media to promote a documentary of the whole project. And that, my friends, is the most uncomfortable part for me. Being vulnerable and 'vlogging' in front of my 500 followers on instagram. Although its for a good cause, man its scary to post on social media like that. Thats the part where i need to get my self together. crazy...

Everything in this is good but telling someone you might not need to sleep for only 3 hours sure you might do that...But understand your body will break down after 1 week of doing that and it will be a negative in your life. No No you need 100 percent sleep so you can utilitze your brain power to do what needs to be done on a consistent basis.
