Am a little more than halfway through and am hoping you talk bonus depreciation for owners and operators of short term rentals. The instead of 39 years, you can bonus most of that in year one. The deduction counts against your W2 income if you’re still in a job. The losses can even carry forward. 😅 God Bless America!

A certain public figure is said to be in possible legal peril because he reported different figures on his property when he reported to IRS as opposed to what he reported to banks for borrowing purposes. How does one avoid this kind of trouble when making the similar move that you mentioned in the video? (I think you were talking about depreciation that the IRS takes off but the banks add back when valuating property.)
Banks also add back a percentage of your mileage expense. For those whose business causes for a lot of driving, banks will add back a percentage of that expense. 😉

Farming is a great tax credit game, the accrual method of accounting is the way to go...you can write off INCURRED EXPENSES owed.

No, you don't have to be a CPA. You can be a registered Tax Preparer or an EA.
