I use a collapsible dishpan. But you could get a regular dishpan at Walmart for a couple bucks. I highly suggest a folding table or in new build add a pull out table feature. I use a resin folding table but will build a pull out table in my next build. Peace ☮️
I use a fish cleaning table for dishes. And cooking. I bought a marine foot pump and rigged it up to the little faucet on the fish table. That gives me hands-free running water on demand. I use a bucket to collect the gray water. I have that set up in a small gazebo style tent, which is awesome. And then I hook the pump up to a longer line in my shower tent to have hands-free showers on longer trips.
@maxwell.peters Totally. If you're ever interested in adding something like that to your kit, it let me know. I can give you some links to the parts I used. It's pretty straight forward.
By the way another camping hack!... Trader Joes has some really good Orange Chicken that's in the freezer section as well as Kung Pao Chicken and other almost-ready meals. The beauty is you just take a cooler and load it up and when you get to camp you simply stir fry that stuff and bam! also super affordable and delicious! that's what my wife and I do on our overlanding trips.
