Pakistani Breakfast
Tea
Ingredients:
Tea leaves 2 tablespoons
Milk ½ liter
Green cardamoms 4
Sugar 4 tablespoons
Instructions: Boil all the ingredients in 2 cups of water for 4 minutes. Then, pour into cups and serve.
Chicken Qeema
Ingredients:
Chicken minced 500 grams
Onion (chopped) 1 large
Garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon
Ginger (chopped) 1 tablespoon
Oil 1/3 cup
Cumin seeds 2 tablespoons
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Tomatoes (peeled and chopped) 2
Salt 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Chili powder 1 tablespoon
Green chilies (sliced) 2
Fresh coriander (chopped) 2 tablespoons
Instructions: Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden. Add garlic and ginger and sauté. Then add tomatoes, cumin, coriander, and ground chicken, cooking for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and cook on high heat for 1 minute.
Pakistani Omelette
Ingredients
Eggs 5
Onion (chopped) 1 medium
Tomato (chopped) 1
Green chilies (sliced) 2
Coriander (chopped) 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Oil 5 tablespoons
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly except for the oil. Heat the oil in a pan, then add the egg mixture and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Set aside.
