Mine is hanging after the first reboot it does to continue the installation. I wait about 10 minutes, then a blue screen error appears, it reboots and then again and again and again in loop.
only problem i have with windows 10 on such old computers is graphics drivers, most of what i use runs on the intel GMA 4500HD designed for XP and Vista
the problem with dell optiplex 780 and windows 10 is the video driver crashes the install at the end. installing windows 10 with no internet works but as soon as you connect it to the internet it installs the video driver and you get a black screen

I try to install W10 via bootable USB device, and doesn't work, even tho that USB saved my laptop from death by trojan malware lmao Is it soo old ? I tried Linux, runs on Laptop, not on desktop ? Or is it because i have to just put the ISO, not making the USB bootable at all ?

Hello, Did you create a bootable USB with windows 10 in it and then installed on the old pc? Another reason would be there is configuration you need to do in the BIOS, for example; change the boot order. @@MyITWorkshop , My System is Dell Precision 390 Vdo card is ATi firegl v055 ver 1.0 But Dell never released the Win10 Driver for this vdo card nor ATi Did you check in your installation that proper vdo card was picked or just generic one ?
@@MyITWorkshop thanks brother I install windows 10 in my pc 5 days before and it works totally fine... Doesn't face any issue or any lag till now... And it works even in intel chipset graphics which is more then 10 year old...

you think it would work fine on a pc with an intel q6600, 8gb ddr2, a radeon hd 4870? im probably gonna replace its drive with a modern ssd
It doesn't work on dell Optiplex 755, also from 2008. It just doesn't see valid partitions
