This trainingschool is for two days in the summer. Just to hang out together and learn from each other. In this training school the go riding together, getting tips from expierenced riders but also the learn how to get in shape like what food to eat, what conditional training etc. Of course you have to develop your own riding style but tips from a expierenced motorcrosser en healkthtrainer are welcome. Most of them defenitle improved their ridingstyle in two days. gr. Wodkalime14

You need to use proper techniques to shave lap times, not a stopwatch. Doing it faster while doing it wrong is still doing it wrong. Where did you finish at the last Rolling Hills race and in what class? Surely somone with those sponsors rides A class and finishes top 5 regularly.
