Monsta x is top tier.. and Jooheon is one of the most talented in the game.. he is an all arounder.. other groups are thriving cuz MX did it first so ur not wrong putting them in your top groups for vocals and rap
I think you would enjoy this mini album. The album is called "REASON" It shows Monsta X's versatility in both vocals and rap styles.
Daydream - a haunting but vibey song
Crescendo - is a Joohoney produced song with drill beat influence
Lone Ranger - Hyungwon produced song with western movie sound imagery and cool rap flows
Deny - I.M produced song, melancholic and slow rap R&B that goes well with a glass of whiskey
It's Alright - Joohoney produced, old style R&B hip-hop track
(in all self produced tracks the rap-line writes their own rap verses)
The song from the lyrics, the song structure, and mv is about toxic love
That's why the chorus didn't come out when you expected it to lol

Damn I have been listening to Beautiful Liar many times and damn I just hear that what you point out was it Kihyun it had to be, but MonstaX there are too me the best. And just to add Monstax never get the recognition they deserve never.
Just from the 5-6 songs I've heard from them, they deserve a lot more recognition. I definitely want to learn more about them, i cannot stop listening to Beautiful Liar😂
In “No Mercy” Hyungwon was my Bias but I.M came and destroyed everything 😅 I changed my mind in second and became I.M biased 😻👑 But most importantly I’m Ot7 forever !
