Enemy have yuumi so the item specifically to counter enemy with tons of healing. Mundo is the type to tank most of damage in teamfight. So most of the enemy will attack him and proc the anti passive

Plus it also have reflective damage so it helps to deal a bit of damage to enemy if they attack you
