Buildings in DC cannot be taller than the Washington Monument-so all the high rises are built over on the Virginia side! Safe journey Phd! What a treat for class of ‘23 NOBO’s to meet you as you cross paths!

Riding a train was on our post pandemic bucket list. We were surprised you didn't take that train to Harpers Ferry from DC. We are weeks away from our adventure.... many emotions. When you return to Harpers Ferry - we fell in love with a bakery in town Bolivar Bakery - discovered it at the Flip Flop Workshop. Keep safe out there PHD. Mushroom... Harpers Ferry to Springer, home for some Mushroom time then off to Monson to hike back down to Harpers Ferry then pick up Mushroom and friends to hike from Monson thru 100 mile wilderness and summit Katahdin. If I remember correctly from previous video. He’s doing a modified southbound flip-flop hike.

Hey there...... looks like you replaced that Corona Extra truckers hat from last year ...... cannot yet see what this new hat says but NO DOUBT it will not have that A.T. hiker trash appeal of a Corona Beer hat. Just maybe you will rethink the hat and go get another Corona Extra hat at Walmart or some place, first chance you get ........ go, buddy, go!

I wanted to wear it but it stunk too bad. I retired it to the museum. My current hat is just a hat I picked up in australia
