10:40 It seems like the question asked is about interpreting a statement regarding Kim falling behind in school and its effect on work progress. The answer would depend on the context provided in the question. Typically, falling behind in school might imply delays in completing work or assignments. If Kim is struggling academically, it could potentially slow down or delay progress in various tasks or responsibilities. However, without more specific details, it's challenging to determine whether work would be delayed or accelerated solely based on this statement.
Good question. The clue is in the verb tense of the question. It says: "Is her work delayed or accelerated?" The question is in the present tense, and we are told that she is falling behind. So, right now, her work is delayed. If the question had a future aspect, then you would be correct, because they might accelerate her work in that case. Good luck!
This is very helpful for BPO applicants. Funny tips: Try to mimic the accent and the voice of the narrator. And speak loudly It works. Take it from me 😅.

The questions on the exam are changed from time to time. The questions on this video are very similar to the ones on the real test. Hope your exam went well.
On the exam you will hear the sentences in Part B only one time. That is because in real life if you're working in a call center you shouldn't have to ask somebody to repeat themselves all the time. You should understand them the first time.
You will not be provided with pencil and paper because the official testing authorities concerned that you may take information about their copyrighted exams away from the examination center. However you will be provided with a marker and a booklet with laminated pages that you can write in. The book can be wiped down and cleaned and be reused. Some people have reported that they don't like it because the quality of the marker and the laminated paper is very poor. You really shouldn't need to write most things down, apart from the storytelling section. Our tip would be to try to practice the other sections of the exam without pencil and paper and only make some brief notes during the last part of the exam. Good luck!
That speaker is from Wales in the United Kingdom, so it is a common British accent. You only have to retell the story, so if you understood that it is a girl named Annie who can't camp with her mother and father and that they are going to see her uncle instead, you will show that you have understood.
You need to read the sentence only one time into your microphone. In case you are not finished when you hear the beep, you need to stop speaking. Good luck!
