Great Unit. Pool looks great luv the dolphins print in the bottom. Todd has same great properties. Shout out to him for coming to the Vlog & Subs party. Good to see him there networking
Really nice place I appreciate you showing different places. I just left Angeles last month in the last year I been there a total of 7 months off and on. It’s cheaper for me to rent an apartment or condo for a year versus an Airbnb. That’s what I’ll do when I return in November. So I gladly appreciate you showing a variety of different options. Thank you so much for sharing ✌🏾.
No clothes dryers? Even Taiwan had clothes dryers back in 1987 when I lived there. What do you do in the rainy season, just take the clothes out of the washer and wear them wet?
I could deal with that place, decent price, seems like quiet area. One thing I think would help these rental location videos is to show the drive in and out. Some places in Angeles are hidden and a pain in the ass to get to, that is a huge factor not often taken into consideration.
I told Anne the same thing about make up on her channel, dare i say she looks better with out. Not that there's anything wrong with make up. chubs youte starting to find your side hustle as a real estate vlogger
we’ve had some success in showing available properties 👍 i’ve always had an interest in housing: layout size design functionality decor fixtures lighting etc now availability price location are of interest to all
I like the outside area better than the inside, it makes me wonder how noisy it gets there. I understand some landlords asking for first and last months rent, but I would never give 2 months deposit.
Good luck getting any deposit back. Welcome to the Philippines! Not all landlords change the locks; I have first hand experience losing money and having someone cooking and leaving my place a mess.
OK Let's make this crystal clear, 100% no debate. Our terms are 1st Month, 2 Month Security Deposit plus an Utilities deposit. That is the way all our long term rentals, 82 units are handled. We added Utilities deposits a few years ago because of getting burned by tenants. If these terms don't work, you would never have past the screening process for new tenants, so really it is pointless to even debate.
@@AngelesCityExpatRentalProperty Completely understand the utility deposit, but 2 months security deposit is ridiculous. As for your screening process, I could pass, but don't want to. I would never rent from you, enough said.
That's a really nice place, a bit small for me but, I could not be able to afford the rent on my budget my pension money is 40k, I hope electricity and gas is included. My friend is paying 25k/monthly for a twice bigger unit 2 story and I still think it's really expensive for Angeles city area.

@@edwardgriffin6042 I wouldn't buy anything in Angeles right now , prices are getting insane and until all the magic that is supposedly gonna happen like the train coming, and all the roads suddenly getting repaired, and the electric grid getting fixed finally, and a ton of other things/promises, I would just rent. We all have our standards and the ACE pad would not be for me.
Get place to live has everything most would need or want and a very good location, close to the things expats want, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. I lived in this complex for about 7 years before marriage. With the big clubhouse and pool, my now wife could invite the family over and they had a great time. Great pool area for parties, no blackouts with the back-up power generator, and an on site staff.
I was stationed at Clark twice in my AF career. It's stunning to see the difference in Angeles City.
i can imagine 👍
and its seems things are really changing right now
❤all your content…amazing you do such a great job…keep up the great work
😃 thank you my friend 🫶
it’s good to hear you’re enjoying 😁✌️
I think the cost is reasonable, secure and a great place to live. The cats are a bonus! Thanks for sharing.
yes i agree, and these cats are friendly 👍 the ones around are place are mostly skittish around humans
Wow that's a real nice piece of shint

yes thank you 👍 Todd has some very nice units, maintains them well 😃 He is on top of things very knowledgable
Your girl was doing some berry picking at :11. Dingle Berry picking.
Would be good for you to do some follow ups in the evening to see if there are any local KTV action and if any other noise.
I love Bushmans. That was a very nice apartment. I love the cats too!
yes good call my friend 👍😃
Another awesome unit and the personal green space that looks like a rain forest is really the best thing of the unit….great update!
yes the green space is spectacular 😃👍i would Love to come home to that every day and relax
Great condo, has much potential if your serious with it, off the subject, Chad you have a very fine looking woman, a keeper no doubt, sensible.
yes and yes thank you 😃🫶
i like them both very much 😂😜
Todd seems to be a landlord for lots of places. Good for him!
@lolnoyou666 Still out there grinding, though. Respect!
Thanks for sharing brother.

you can buy a dryer if you want but most hang their clothes out to dry or lay them out 👍 even in rainy season clothes dry quickly

How many sq. meters is the townhouse?
Love how the Filipino say open and close the light rather than turn on turn off. Been hearing that 30 + years now. Still sounds odd.
