Thanks for your comment. How much land space are you desiring? Anything close to I-285 the lot sizes are going to be under .5 acres. The further you get out from I-285 the bigger the lots get but again, it's relative to what you're looking for. This video is Locust Grove which had some really large lots considering its new construction. Most New Construction communities in development do not have super large lots. If you are looking for say .75 - 1+ acres, you're going to be leaning more towards custom builds where we find a private builder, then shop for the lot that you want.
