It is an area in Swat valley, with green meadows, thick forests, snow clad mountains, mineral springs and high peaks.The region has some medicinal plants, and some researchers conduct searches in this region of Swat valley. Honey bees are found here, and the honey of the region is known throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.The region of Gabina Jabba is closely linked with the village of Lalko,[citation needed] which is situated to the north of the region and serves as a gateway to Gabin Jabba. It is the first settlement met on the way to Gabin Jabba, from where it can be accessed through a four-wheel drive vehicle.[citation needed] It also hosts a base camp of a trail that leads to an alpine glacial lakes of Daral and Saidgai.
Lalko Valley is located on the northern upper reaches of the Matta Tehsil of Swat Valley, placed at a distance of 55 km away from the headquarter Saidu Sharif, which is a green, forested zone, covered with alpine pastures and receives heavy snowfall in winter season. Sulatanr is located to the western side of the region at lengthy trek.

گبینہ جبہ (Gabina Jaba)
مینگورہ شہر سے تقریباً 65 کلومیٹر کے فاصلہ پر واقع یہ علاقہ خوبصورتی میں اپنی مثال آپ ہے۔ تحصیل مٹہ کے علاقہ “لالکو” میں واقع یہ مقام سیاحوں کی توجہ کا مرکز بن گیا ہے اور اس عید پر یہاں ہزاروں کی تعداد میں سیاح پہنچے ہیں۔
گبینہ جبہ کی طرف سفر کے دوران پورے رستے میں آپ کو انتہائی خوبصورت نظارے ملنے کو ملینگے اور جگہ جگہ سیاح فوٹوگرافی کرتے ہوئے نظر آئینگے۔ ہر ایک نظارہ اتنا خوبصورت ہے کہ دیکھنے کے بعد کہیں اور جانے کو دل نہیں کرتا۔
گبینہ جبہ پہنچنے کیلئے تقریباً سوا گھنٹہ کی ہائیکنگ کرنا پڑتی ہے جو کہ ہائیکنگ سے نابلد افراد کیلئے کافی مشکل ہے تاہم اوپر پہنچنے پر جو نظارے آپ کو خوش آمدید کہتے ہیں وہ آپ کی ساری تھکن دور کردیتے ہیں۔
گبینہ جبہ میں ہر طرف ہریالی اور جنگل ہیں جبکہ قریبی پہاڑوں کی چوٹیاں برف سے ڈھکی رہتی ہیں۔
یہاں پر ایک مقامی شخص نے آنے والے سیاحوں کی سہولت کیلئے ایک کیمپنگ سائٹ بنایا ہوا ہے اور آنے والے سیاحوں کو انتہائی مناسب قیمت پر رہائش کیلے خیمے اور خوراک فراہم کرتا ہے۔
