Oh trust me, at a tire shop i worked at patching happened almost everyday. Of course not all the time is the tire repairable, or not advised to repair. Then we sell the customer new tires

Ive driven on them up to 6 months multiple times at regular speed ......so if u have to it's very possible.....but don't test if u don't have to ...lol
