The metal lever located by your left heel is a differential lock for the rear wheels, it has nothing to do with the front wheels. You should be moving in forward or reverse when you push down on it and both rear wheels will engage and remain engaged as long as it is depressed. The small lever next to the parking brake lock is a cruise control. If you are driving a smooth road you can engage this and it will retain what ever speed your engine was running at the time you engaged it. You can manually disengage it or step on the gas to disengage it. I never use the glow plugs unless the ambient temperature drops below 60 degrees and then for only approximately 3 seconds.
Trial & error is not a good way to discover the workings of your tractor;;--- they are powerfull & dangerous. The "OPERATORS Manual" is a VERY Nessary starting Point---not so much U-tube Vidios. I refer to mine often,( almost 95%memorized) with aproxamitly 100 hours of studying to 900hrs of TRACTOR use === No problems human or machine. Thank you for the great Video Sir and happy safe tractoring.
The second lever is “cruise control.” I just purchased a used 2011 B2320HSD. I haven’t used the cruise control yet.
