Oreo Shaved Ice
For 1 serving
Ingredients
6 frozen milk cubes, big
3 Oreo divided, crushed
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
For frozen milk cubes (for 2 servings),
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons simple syrup
To serve,
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 Mini Oreo for deco

오레오 쿠키 3개
바닐라 아이스크림 두스쿱
초코시럽 10ml
얼린 우유 큐브를 만들기 위해서는 (12개 분량):
우유 120ml
물 120ml
슈거시럽 30ml
장식용:
바닐라 아이스크림 1스쿱
미니 오레오 1개

I like the oreo popsicle one too, but I bought an oreo ice cream cake before and didn't like the texture of the oreo after it's been in the freezer, so this recipe is perfect for me! If only I had an ice shaver machine I would make this right now...since I have an unopen pack of oreos waiting to be eaten ;)
