 Cybele Palace formally known as Palace of Communications is a complex composed of two buildings with white facades.
 It is located in one of the historical centers of Madrid, Spain and an important landmark of Madrid.
 Its construction starts in 1907 and was officially opened on 14 March 1919.
 Initially, it began operating as a modern distribution centre for post, telegraphs and telephones.
 In 2007, it started working as Municipal office of the Madrid and city mayor office starts working form the Cybele Palace.
 Today, the Cybele Palace serves as the Madrid City Hall and also houses cultural spaces, including exhibition halls and galleries.
