Yes i'd say basically every time you are entrying a site with your team, you smoke dash into an area. Although, don't do it the EXACT same area every single round or you'll get countered. But yes, there's VERY specific times where walking in would be better (baiting utility or using dash on early attack plays) but your MAIN entry strategy is to smoke dash. Just have to think about the situation you are in, and remember that until like Immo elo you wanna be using dash on entry as a fundemental.
