Personally, Katya defending trixie when ginger called out her outfit, that would have impacted me a lot since it was early into the season and no one needed to be defending anyone. I think trixie values that moment as well but that is something that would have solidified my friendship with someone
I think she mainly defended her because Ginger could have made the same comment to Katya, as they approached the runway the same way. But, having the same thought is a good indicator that they'd probably get along, at least as fellow drag queens, if not actual friends, so...
