Lisa at end of videos could tell how many mins it took to make in the foodi.please come out with a cookbook of your wonderful foodie dishes.your the best💕
Hi C Ha, funny you say that sometimes I forget how long and I have to watch the video again. I have a notebook but of course forget it lol I will put a post if note to remind myself to say how long and write it down. Other people have been asking for a cookbook- gonna have to figure out how to do one/ maybe by November. I’ll ask a friend to help me figure it out. Thank you!
Lisa, I love your honesty. This is why I can't wait to see your videos. Your a great cook, one of my top three. I know, I make stuff that my husband will smile and nibble at, thats when I know also, my self it could have been better. I love to cook however, not really like to bake. I do love to bake bread! You are a MEMTOR to me! Lisa thank you for all your hard work to give us great culinary ideas
V 38414, I really appreciate this...it put a big smile on my face!😊😊.😁. Sometimes I’m too honest- gets me in trouble lol. I love to bake and I’m with you bread is great to make- simple ingredients and something amazing happens! I also make stuff I don’t care for but others like. This dish had too much of a mushroom flavor -lol. Not a big fan of them. I like a slight hint if them and that’s it. But I know others love mushrooms and decided to make it. Thank you!
Hi Lisa.... The 'shrooms may have overpowered the sauce, but that would be right up my tastebud alley as I adore mushrooms! LOL And "shall we?" Yep, we shall LOL Nothin' wrong with using the utensils the Good Lord gave us when He created us ;) Another awesome one pot wonder meal, kind of does just roll off the tongue, one pot wonder meal LOL Have a great and blessed Sunday --- Rebecca
Hi Mudtramp0715, yeah I'm not a mushroom lover but figured I would start making dishes that others would want to try. Feel like I should wear a cape when saying-One Pot Wonder Meal-lol. Fingers are the best utensils! thanks!
I love that you’re so honest. Fantastic. Also, I had a few issues with my rice, and pasta. I learned that rice does way better if you steam it, for me about 10 to 12 minutes. And pasta I found takes longer than what a lot of people think.
Oh yeah the mushrooms-lol. I try to be honest but someone that loves mushrooms would love this dish-just not me -lol. Oh I'll have to try. steaming rice-thanks for this. Yeah the penne pasta takes longer and different. brands sometimes take longer. to cook. I started to cook pasta for 5 minutes on HI then do. a. natural release. for 5 minutes-it usually fixes trying to. remember all the times for the different pastas. Thanks Raven!
LOL! Oh, Lisa, you are lovely you really are you have more personality than literally anyone I know on TH-cam - you started out with such hope for that dish didn't you bless you and then as you tasted it you became less and less impressed and it showed on your lovely face, I loved the look of that dish and believe it or not WeightWatchers make a lovely one of those with only 7 mins in my microwave but I have glut of spare chicken so I will give it a try - thanks, Lisa.
Hi David, My face always gives me way-lol. yeah I'm not a mushroom fan but others are so I said lets make it. If you like mushrooms you will love this dish! You. trying to. tell me something with the WeightWatchers-lol :) I work hard to maintain this robust body-lol. Thanks David!
@@pressurecrisp LOL no Lisa I wasn't trying to tell you about you I was trying to tell you about me since I stopped flying big jets the weight has gone right on now hence the WW, but we love YOU just as you are pop-it!!
Lisa, That looks so good! I have a question. In another video I saw you use a round silicone mat to protect the non stick pan. Good idea. Is that done just when using the rack for scratches and if using pressure cook, will that affect the bottom heat? I ordered them. Thanks!
Hi RobP, I use the silicone rounds when using the air crisp basket and the metal trivet or when I use a panther I place on the bottom of the NF bowl. In my. mind I hope to prevent scratches even microscopic scratches. As I have already gone through a 6.5 qt bowl and an 8 Qt. where it lost its nonstick surface. I haven't used the rounds to pressure cook. I do wonder. however if it would prevent the burn notice when I try to use as little liquid as possible. Thanks RobP!
I knew if I waited long enough you would get to my lesson from last week. It didn’t take long. Even though canned mushrooms are cooked, it’s still better to sauté them. You used fresh mushrooms here, but it still applies. I love mushrooms in spaghetti, but they were very underwhelming straight out of the can. Last week I sautéed them, and it was much better. The other lesson was don’t mix the chicken parmigiana with the spaghetti. Give the chicken it’s sauce and the spaghetti likewise. But I’ve got plenty of sauce to do it again.
Hi 7heRedBaron! You will like this dish- mushroom flavor shines through. As you could tell I’m not a big mushroom fan- lol. My father uses the fan mushrooms I’ll pass in the sautéing tip to him. Thanks!
Would there be anything else other than the mushrooms (don’t hate on me) that I can cook the same way, but won’t get mushy? Love your honesty 💝 ?What is, “Granulated Garlic?” 🤔
Hi Anna Lee, most veg will get much if you PC. them except for root veg. But you could roast some. veg ahead of the recipe. then add after PC'ing is done. Or add spinach in when adding the cheese. Or steam. some broccoli then add after PC'ing. hope this helps!

Why the chicken look so white tho?
