when is this ERP system going live in india?

As per Master circular- 'The provisions of the Master Circular shall come into force with immediate effect from the date of notification of this Master Circular.' (p.n. 2)
Its already live, currently there are 8 registered entities as ERPs. You can check list here: www.sebi.gov.in/sebiweb/other/OtherAction.do?doRecognisedFpi=yes&intmId=47
