Nice build but slapping on any type of CSL badging on a non-CSL is a no-no in my opinion. I also have added OEM CSL parts to my M3 and I still have M3 badging on mine because my car was never a CSL from the factory.
I totally agree. It ruins the car and it opens up the doors for other people especially these young guys to go around and put fake badges on their car and fake the funk. Please do not fake the funk. You will get laughed at humiliated and put on the Internet.
I absolutely loved the E46 M3 is one my favourite BMW cars ever include the E30 M3 as well and also that e46 m3 csl style build was so beautiful ever ❤️👍.
I wonder if a company would reimagine the e46 what it would look like. Make the engine 3.5 possibly, give it more torque for sure. Fix all the frame issues permanently. Lower gearing . I suppose one could do that on his own … hmm
Don’t see any point in putting CSL parts on a standard M3, it’s not a genuine CSL. Making it individual yeah I get but don’t try to copy the original. Your brakes, fit the F82 M4 brakes (OEM +👌) front & rear, done mine as I’ve developed a fitting kit that allows them to bolt straight on.👊
Agree with you. However, that CSL trunk lid does look beautiful. And imho the CSL seats are a huge improvement over the LazyBoy-looking stock seats (I think even the seats from the 330ci look better than stock M3).
