romanians and bulgarians have common thracian roots. We're the same just in different slavic / latin versions due to influences and Danube. I'm curious, do you slavic bulgari ppl understand some of the words?
@@mihailnikoloff2554 Before you spam every comment about Ripni Kalinke, take a deep breath and chill no one is trying to steal your music, also a link with the song would be great so we can enjoy the original folklore music. Also I wouldn't say Romanian has many Bulgarian words, slavic yes, afterall its a predominant latin language if not one of the closest languages to the ancient latin.
This is an ancient pelasgian instrument used by shepherds before romans. The bagpipe was introduced in Britannia by dacian cohorts (legions) that once defended Hadrianus wall. This is why brits use it as a military music instrument, while in today Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, is used mainly by shepherds. After fall of Rome many flee England and established far from saxons, in Scotland, Wales, Eire or Cornwall. And slavs take it from thracians and illirians, see Bulgaria or Croatia. Vlahs are old romanians, or armâni=rămâni, wich means "rămân"=to stay. To be there before migrators.
also the sound of this bagpipe, the so called gaida it`s not bulgarian, it`s thracian, it was attested that was use by them but not the only.....othe references are in caucas, in egypt, and even in scotland, and in ancient Greece and the Roman empire there were several intruments that seem to describe bagpipe-like instruments, so the gaida or bagpipe is something they adopted it form the ones before them
