A recommendation is actually separating the blushes by color not by brands. That’s way you realize “I don’t need 10 orange blushes”. It’s easier to declutter that way.
I will definitely have to try that with my lip product declutters!

Organizing by brand may look cute, but it's not the most practical if you are trying to keep a collection under control.
Makeup Revolution bought BH Cosmetics, so let's hope they keep the Truffle blush formula. On the other hand, maybe MR will finally see what a good eyeshadow formula is!!

I am not as big of a fan of the Fenty Cream blushes as I thought I would be. I adore the elf putty blushes and ESPECIALLY the MAC Glpw Play Blushes. They ate finally releasing new shades next month!
I’ve been so surprised by how much I like cream blushes lately! The elf putty blushes are definitely some of my favorite too. 😍
I like hearing your reasoning. And we all lean a certain way with tones as different tones flatter different skin tones plus not everyone wants a crazy pigmented blush. I am not going to buy blush for a long time so this was fun to watch and see you swatch things knowing that I am happy with where my stash lies. Way to reduce your stash by 40% that was really good.

Blush is a category that I like to have at least a few to choose from, a comfortable abundance - I heard that phrase recently and really liked it. I could have one bronzer and one highlighter, but NEVER only one blush 🤣 you did a great job with your declutter but even though you got rid of a lot of them, there are no „gaps” somehow, and I bet it feels great to let go of the colours you’re not wearing 👍🏻
I have a very warm skin tone and I always thought pink blush didn’t look good on me. But I’ll use a “natural” blush and pop the pink on the apples and now I’m obsessed!

I LOVE the elf face duos. I had been using a Milani flower blush for years and the Guava ELF duo has replaced it. I'm mixed so it looks so good on my skin tone.

Blush is the one product that I love buying new colors..... much like lip products. But, I also don't wear pink shades (we have similar skin tones), and I always end up reaching for the same ones over and over again! I also only like glowy blushes, ones that serve as blush and highlighter. So I did a major declutter and now only have blushes I will actually wear!
Omg they're all so pretty. But, I totally understand having/wanting only certain shades. I lean towards peachy and light pinky. I'm fairly fair lol!! Great video!! 🖤💗

I love my two Off Melrose Colour pop powder blushes. And the lighter Tinkerbell blush I really like!

I love these declutter videos! Have you tried the Hourglass blush in the shade At Night? It's becoming a fave of mine because it's super pigmented and rich. You have to use a light hand for sure, because it's not subtle like the other shades. I also wonder if you've tried the Melt cream blushlights. Those and the NYX Sweet Cheeks tints are my fave cream blushes. Not that you're looking for recommendations. 😂
Have you ever tried the trick where you use a super light pink blush to marry your blush and concealer? It may be worth keeping at least one around just for that.
I haven't seen that but it sounds so pretty! I am going to have to try it out!

I do the same, I'm drawn to berry tone & soft nude blushes so end up wanting to buy them all! I try to behave & think before l buy...1 matte, 1 shimmer & 1 cream formula in each colourway. Doesn't always work 🤣❤

I so agree with ya on having a minimal makeup collection. I think its a shame when i see people in the makeup community have huge makeup collections because when they do declutter you see them throw so much away because it has expired &because they had too much they didn't get a chance to wear it ..its a waste in makeup &that is sad! Like GOD only gave us 1 set of eyes &1 set of lips and i set of cheecks so people don't need like like 100 blushes or so...its just nonsense rather or not they do this for a living or not.....there is no excuse for makeup hoarding.

I worked hard to finish up my Buxom blush in Seychelles. I put it all over my face this past summer. The whole sunburn look was on trend. I even put it on my forehead.

I literally just put away the new colourpop heart blushes in my blush drawer and it’s tight in there. I have no room for any more blushes but it’s one of my favorite categories to buy. 😅

Are any of your Colourpop super shock blushes more matte? I have “between the sheets” and love it, I recently got “birthday suit” and it was shimmery which I didn’t expect. I’m looking for other more matte shades.
Btw my buxom Seychelles also took on that texture like yours. I still use it but recently picked up a new one plus Mykonos and Ibiza as they were $10 at Marshall’s.

I always miss out on the Colourpop heart blushes but it’s probably not a bad thing due to the size of my blush collection.
Try the new profusion blush hour cream blushes they are fantastic they are 5 bucks at Walmart they go over powder easily and last a long time ☺️

Is it a drug store brand? I'm 66yrs old & looking for some "basics" going to Dr.'s visits, since I'm disabled. I don't get out much. Can't wear mascara, because of cataracts and very dry eyes. So, bought "Natural " lashes, glue & applicator and going to try to learn how to apply. As we age, our lashes & eyebrows are very sparse.

If you are looking for a good drugstore alternative, try this one from essence in the shade Bespoke: www.ulta.com/p/blush-pimprod2013681. They look really similar on the skin and the essence formula blends so well! You will have to let keep me posted on how the lashes go for you! My best tip for lashes is to let the glue dry for a good 45 seconds before applying them. That always helps me!

For powder I definitely recommend the Buxom Wanderlust Primer Infused blushes! For cream I would say the Tower 28 are the most long-lasting on me!

I can't get those Catrice box blushes to blend out on my cheeks for the life of me... It's so so patchy and just sticks to my face no matter if and what I set my face with, what brush I use, nothing works. Everyone seems to be crazy about them but I don't understand what I'm doing wrong? No other blush has done this to me, ever.

Can anyone recommend a good drugstore subtle highlight/illuminating product to use as a blush topper over matte blushes?
Essence Bespoke is a sheer but buildable nude blush with a sheen. The formula is beautiful and works as a topper for my medium skin tone.
Looking at the colors in your skin as you were decluttering, I can see why those blue pinks don’t work for you. The peachy, warmer colors match the tones in your skin.
Those pinks really pulled me in for awhile but I really never ended up using them! I hope I will be smart enough to stay away from them in the future. 😂

I just went and counted my blushes. I have 18 blushes plus 2 palettes that have blush in them. And, one blush quad that I repurposed to try as eyeshadow because I hate it as blush. I guessed that I might have 10. It's funny how things add up.
It's very true! I feel like they add up quickly! I had no idea that I had so many either.
