If I comment to you and end it with "I said what I wanted to say, I won't be commenting on here again", there's no world where that's flopping since I said what I was going to do and stuck with it. OTT did the same thing, said what he wanted to say and made it clear he didn't plan on saying any more. I don't care how long it took SK to make his diss, you're just glazing. You seem to be 100% on SK's side and 100% against OTT which makes this a hard conversation to have honestly since you're going to want to defend the one you like and put down the one you don't. Personally, I have no loyalties either way, they both were very entertaining, and I think SK won. OTT not responding was the literal opposite of a flop, though, since he never changed his mind.
