By the way guys .... I had Patrick remove the draw string on that hoodie after watching this video... as much as I like to think we operate safely we miss stuff too! Stay safe!! ROB
Thank you for this professional and balanced review! Could you make a video about jobsite organization for short projects (like a pergola, deck etc.)? You once did a video about organizing a big jobsite for bigger projects.
Anyone what the battery life in minutes on this would be at 75% max speed with continuous use? I'm planning on adding a lacrosse ball attachment, and using it as a jig massager for sports medicine.
Fantastic review! One question I have is how square does it cut (assuming you cut strightline)? does it bevel off 90 degrees even with a fence next to it? Hoping I can use this on thinner materials like 1/4" or 3-5mm where a circular saw becomes overkill. Thanks!
Ray Luis D. Monserrata it's the same battery just a commercial move. The maximum theoretical power of a 10.8 is 12 V thats why they sell it as 12 V So no problem switching chargers and battery's
Wasn't it Bosch that had an inline jigsaw? I haven't seen one i years, I assume it's discontinued. It's too bad, it was a handy saw. If I remember right it was really compact, I think it would make a great addition to the 12 volt line of tools.
Yes it will. I have kept one on my truck up until recently, and had the coping foot installed- it was my main go-to for coping. It's now back in the shop for occasional use with plywood, etc It's a great little saw, really excels at coping MDF and soft wood trim, but it struggled a bit with hardwood moldings.

I can see this being useful for plumbers under sinks or in kitchens.
my wife installed a sewing needle in my jigsaw and uses it to make dresses.
It works?
Sweet review!! I love my dewalt 20v jigsaw to much to cheat on it but I do like this one
Too
I want one. Great review
Quite frankly, I still don't see the real need for this tool. Where exactly would you practically use it? Thanks for the video, nonetheless.

Hi there! Is it ok to charge a 12 volt battery from a 10.8volts charger?

Helpful review. Thanks.
Does it have a blower feature to clean the cut line from wood debris?
I don't think it does which is a shame.
Between this and the M12 version which do you prefer?
Raj Dann this is an older version but I do love this one
