Just made this yesterday but i use yogurt with mines doctor wont let me have cream cheese
How was it with the yogurt? Did you use Greek or plain yogurt? They have fat free cream cheese too if that's what your doctor is worried about.

It does. When you soak them in water it makes it less spicy
