How was it with the yogurt? Did you use Greek or plain yogurt? They have fat free cream cheese too if that's what your doctor is worried about.

It does. When you soak them in water it makes it less spicy

Ive never seen it made that way with cream cheese I’ve seen on other channels they use horseradish or mayo and onion sauce or something. I dono about the cream cheese and sugar especially cream cheese heated up
