The PhantomStarDragon is not the only one with Ultra Awaken. There is only 3 Spirits with that power.There are all named Asura.It's ironic. There's even some spirits with Level 5!

Dan was known as the clash king for a reason; he used spirits with clash, so how did the great eagle not figure out that what he was copying wasn't the clash king since none of the spirits had clash.
According him his deck is a build Up between Otherworld King and Clash King decks, so he uses both Styles as one Btw the problem is Otherworld King deck is basicaly Dan's deck with Gai-Asura support XD
I found a loophole,Great Eagle COULD HAVE WON if he used Ultra Awaken to bring Gai-Asura to level 2 when Sabecalus had all the core in the trash.Sieg-Apollodragon BP is 9000,Gai-Asura's level 2 BP is 10000,so it was fine to bring it to Level 2.Then he could use all the core on his spirits to refresh Gai-Asura.
Gai Asura is the strongest card in ZA WARUDO!

agreed, it was a bit dumb how he didn't do that.
I think he want to use level 4 effect that sent core from destroyed spirit to void
If the difference is only 1000 it might easily overcome with brave or magic

Gai-Asura would be a beast with green core boost support.
Gai Asura don't have any protection for effect.
There's actually a gimmicky trick: Use cards that erase its effect and move away its core.
