Hi the parcel I have sent include blankets for bibi and son also blankets for dogs - hot water bottles and other items to keep them warm - camera man only has to ring local post office for them to deliver parcel it has been cleared by customs just need to be delivered to cameraman to give to son and bibi parcelforce have already tried once but nobody in just needs to phone and rebook delivery cameraman just have to give bar code which he has as I have confirmed to him previously

Agree. If viewers want to, they could send money and say how they would like Son to spend it. They could suggest clothing, vets bills, food for dogs, something for the house, seeds or plants etc. Practical and less postage.

Yes, very true. I remember a video he did mentioned a parcel is at customs because it contained liquids and he advised he can't go and accept the package that it will be returned to whomever sent it to him. Maybe he can get a list from customs on what he can and CANNOT receive. Also, send Son a list of what was mailed along with a photo of the contents. So, maybe in case he does find a ride and he can provide the information for them. Maybe he can provide that to the post office in his area and they can fax or email customs the required information to get his parcel back on the road to him and the animal family. Just something to think about.

Therefore, it makes much more sense to send the money. As was suggested, indicate what you would like Son to purchase with your monetary gift, or allow him to purchase what he truly needs. I absolutely love and admire this sweet, kind, and gentle man for his warm demeanor towards other humans and, especially, how he cares for all the animals and, of course, our cute and funny little Bibi. ❤

Son, I love that Bibi does NOT use a fork or spoon to eat. Its understandable that he needs clothes for warmth, some people don't understand that. Now if he had his mom, he would be kept warm by her, but shes not around for that love and warmth. Thanks to the poachers for taking that away from him, but he gained a good father that is loving him just as much. Thank you for your awesome videos and loving all your animals/fur babies.

Boa tarde. Pé da bananeira estao bonita e das frutas. Muito trabalho na cozinha. Preparando os alimentos. Eu estou aprendendo como vcs com e alimentação,de vcs é diferente do que eu estou acostumada comer. Aqui comemos, feijão, arroz, legumes, verduras ,carne (eu nao como nem um tipo de carne),gosto muito de pão,bolo de fubá , bolo de chocolate,e torta de banana receita da minha tia e também do cuke com bastante farofa . Parcels: We MUST ask our Post Office what is needed on the OUTSIDE of the box AND what can't be shipped to Vietnam. They have limits just as we do. Put an item invoice taped to the outside of your box in clear view AND in the Vietnamese language- go to google translate and type up your invoice- copy and paste it to notepad then print the invoice- cover it in clear tape to protect it from shipping damage. Also, you can message Son and ask if you can mail things. He will answer. I hope this helps. ALSO....if you give money- let him spend it however he sees fit. Only he knows what he needs most, right? I think money is what he needs really. He has the land loan to pay off and other things to repair and to purchase. He needs a good stove, his bike repaired, a good roof, some air conditioning maybe, a bathroom.....I could go on for days and I'm sure he could to. Yeah....If ALL OF US gave 10 dollars he could pay off the land and have some left over. It's a thought. Happy New Year Everyone!!
Son, here in the USA when they ask you for paperwork and Invoice for a “gift” you are trying to pick up it means someone is pretending to be a carrier and once you provide the Invoice they going to ask you for money. Be very careful. Note: because of the holidays, I myself I received a similar notification from a “known carrier and that is a SCAM, someone pretending to be from the known carrier. I am glad you are not picking it up And I agree, if someone wants to send you a gift (1) they can send you the money better or (2) they can send you the gift with prepaid pick up costs “or” (3) sending a gift(s) that meet the lower cost dictated by Customs where you don’t have to pay fees. This is all dependent on the rules of your country. ****glad you did not pick it up****😊😊❤❤❤

I don't understand why you have to provide anything in order to recieve a gift box from sent from a viewer..what are these people putting in these parcels??
@barbaraholtschmidt4693 I think the issue is that he's living out in the boonies that doesn't have an address, so maybe when he's using a different person's address (camerman's?)... he needs to provide proof. I think! Needless to say, but here in the states you still have to provide an ID everytime you need to receive something that's being held at the local post office. On top of it, what's listed inside could be another factor 😮.

I am so saddened by this news that you can’t receive your parcels! People go through great lengths to send them to you with love. Son, maybe you could tell your audience the best way to send you a parcel. And if sending liquid items is a no no. For me it’s easier to send PP assistance to you but that may not be true for everyone. To think that you have items stuck in customs is heartbreaking because I know that there are things in there that would help you greatly!

Yes, very true. I remember a video he did mentioned a parcel is at customs because it contained liquids and he advised he can't go and accept the package that it will be returned to whomever sent it to him. Maybe he can get a list from customs on what he can and CANNOT receive. Also, send Son a list of what was mailed along with a photo of the contents. So, maybe in case he does find a ride and he can provide the information for them. Maybe he can provide that to the post office in his area and they can fax or email customs the required information to get his parcel back on the road to him and the animal family. Just something to think about.

Depending on where in this vast world we live, packaging and postage can become quite costly and, sometimes, more than the cost of the item(s) inside the parcel.
Therefore, it makes much more sense to send the money. As was suggested, indicate what you would like Son to purchase with your monetary gift, or allow him to purchase what he truly needs.
I absolutely love and admire this sweet, kind, and gentle man for his warm demeanor towards other humans and, especially, how he cares for all the animals and, of course, our cute and funny little Bibi. ❤
I happened to see the comments between Mr. Son and the woman he sent the gift to. So I know why this happened. I don't think the woman was at fault. I think sending money is rational and right, but I can also understand the feelings of viewers who want to send him something useful and high quality that is not available in the village or town where Mr. Son lives.✨😊

Son, I love that Bibi does NOT use a fork or spoon to eat. Its understandable that he needs clothes for warmth, some people don't understand that. Now if he had his mom, he would be kept warm by her, but shes not around for that love and warmth. Thanks to the poachers for taking that away from him, but he gained a good father that is loving him just as much. Thank you for your awesome videos and loving all your animals/fur babies.

Parcels: We MUST ask our Post Office what is needed on the OUTSIDE of the box AND what can't be shipped to Vietnam. They have limits just as we do. Put an item invoice taped to the outside of your box in clear view AND in the Vietnamese language- go to google translate and type up your invoice- copy and paste it to notepad then print the invoice- cover it in clear tape to protect it from shipping damage. Also, you can message Son and ask if you can mail things. He will answer. I hope this helps. ALSO....if you give money- let him spend it however he sees fit. Only he knows what he needs most, right? I think money is what he needs really. He has the land loan to pay off and other things to repair and to purchase. He needs a good stove, his bike repaired, a good roof, some air conditioning maybe, a bathroom.....I could go on for days and I'm sure he could to. Yeah....If ALL OF US gave 10 dollars he could pay off the land and have some left over. It's a thought. Happy New Year Everyone!!

Son, here in the USA when they ask you for paperwork and Invoice for a “gift” you are trying to pick up it means someone is pretending to be a carrier and once you provide the Invoice they going to ask you for money. Be very careful. Note: because of the holidays, I myself I received a similar notification from a “known carrier and that is a SCAM, someone pretending to be from the known carrier. I am glad you are not picking it up And I agree, if someone wants to send you a gift (1) they can send you the money better or (2) they can send you the gift with prepaid pick up costs “or” (3) sending a gift(s) that meet the lower cost dictated by Customs where you don’t have to pay fees. This is all dependent on the rules of your country.
