@@Mason_van_Bike Hoenstly don't think they'd be very popular in the US. A rather unimpressive amount of Torque quite high in the power band resulting in a bike that can be bullied by nearly any car on the road. Maybe if they marketed the bike as "babby's first track bike". I just can't see this bike being popular unless it's doing exactly what I am seeing in this video, loads of side/back road tooling around.
I'm a Malaysian and just snatched one myself about 2 months ago. I can say that although sad that it isn't the legendary screaming inline-4 like its predecessor MC22, it is alot of fun for city rides with sufficient power to get by in my country. My thoughts on these lower displacement bikes not entering the US is probably due to the average speed limits there being higher overall where these bikes will not be able to keep up with traffic. Great video and glad to see an honest review :) keep up to good work
I ride a 165 cc bike in dirty road. I change oil every 3000 kms. As 250cc has bigger engine and more cylinder, it should eat up engine oil more. So i think you should change oil in every 3000-3500 km in dirt and in 5000 km in clean environment. @@rv6569
Your English is really good. I could understand everything you were saying. I love the looks of the 2023 with the white and silver color scheme with the white rims. I wish they sold them in the USA (Southern California) where I live. This was a very informative and articulate review. However, it makes me want to add it to my collection even more. Thanks a lot. Keep up the great content and ride safe.
Awesome video Mason! It was pretty educational for someone who doesn’t know much about bikes plus you had some great riding footage! Can’t wait to see more :)
I see a lot of Japanese motovloggers ride these bikes and like you would love to try a zx25r one day. Whereabouts in Japan are you living? I lived in Mitaka in the pre Rona times and would love to come back one day and do some moto touring around the Japanese inaka.
Great review! Thinking about buying either the 250RR, Honda NM4, Yamaha Niken, what are your thoughts on the original 90s CBR250RR and the new one, would it be better to buy the 90s original instead? Is it possible to do a review on the NM4, Niken and Can-Am Spyder, Ducati V2, Ducati has a store in Shibuya and there is a good Harley dealer in Yokohama for a heads up ^_^ I am also curious spec wise as usually Japanese bikes tend to be more powerful than export variants.
@@Ninjatrouble depends if you’re willing to put in work. You can still find cheap, old 250s but they can be rough. When I said $8k, I’m talking a really clean example. Otherwise, I think you’d probably want a CB400, maybe a Bol D’or. Inline 4, 75hp or so, parts are everywhere, pretty cheap.
Honestly would love to see more of the JDM 250s make it across the pond, this thing is super cool !
Always have to agree with the Chief.

Thank you so much! Glad you’re enjoying it :)
Do u face overheating issue. Does engine oil last 6000kms. Also how frequently u top up coolant

Thank you! :)
Thank you Honda you make the greatest machinery 🏁
What a camera angle man whole video I see the tank 😅
Honda clutch + 250c 4c = the dream, id probably mod(heavily) looks awful.
So old MC22 is a better bike?
Of course the MC19 is already better than this. No way can this come close to the MC22.
apparently they are making a 4cyl version (cbr250rr-r) soon
How about the fuel consumption sir?

Nice! I try to watch Japanese motovlogs when I can too. I’m in Southern Tokyo at the moment. Hopefully you can make it back soon!
they have 4 years to come out with the 250rr-r before i can get my grubby little hands on it
Honda please release this in the Philippines
The intro looks like those old japanese car commercial lol
I hope it launched in the US too,

Can’t be considered a serious bike unless it gets an inline 4
How much do the 90s 250 cost over there?
Prices are definitely going up recently. Clean examples are going for 8-10,000 USD nowadays.
@@Mason_van_Bike sheeeeessh. there goes that. What's a cheap little bike I could take to a track there?

@@Mason_van_Bike 👍
version japan? ,but version indonesia power full ....
Has it got 4 cylinders?
not yet
with just a small adjustment, this bike can run 199-200km/h
A lot of Indonesian rider does that 🤣🤣
Pretty cool! Is it just a change to the gearing or does the engine need modification too?
@@Mason_van_Bike i believe it only needs an ecu remap and the rev limiter unlocked
Or just the limiter unlocked
Just flip the 6th gear to 1st gear sensor, enjoy 😉👍
Does the 2017-2022 cbr250rr comes with qs?
the 2022 spqs type comes with it, i have one. and it is super nice
@@tr1gunz858 how is the vibration near redline
