SkySword finally flew! 70mm EDF - Dr. Madthrust - 6S 2200 45c.

After 4 failed attempts - I decided to take another shot at it... It was fly or die day! Upgraded to Dr. Madthrust motor after the initial failure.. Flying two 3S 2200mAh 45C batteries in series. This thing is fun!

Nice flight, but DANG! Noisy edf! Is that stock? Swap it out for a 12blade

It comes stock with a 12 blade... I have to agree it's noisy as heck - but - it's fast as heck too! It's deceiving how fast it is because it's solid in the air. I'd put agains my EFX Racer and it would win. It will cruise at 1/2 throttle all day... Start at about 1:30... At 1:38 I went from half throttle to full throttle, then went straight up. I was shocked at the climb rate. It didn't slow down a bit. But yeah - it's a screamer!
