The need for training and empowering leaders.
A leader is a trainer. We must train our people on core areas of organization. To add growth, raise followers. To multiply growth, raise leaders. Only a trained person should be put in office. You drop mantle on trained people. It takes training to get a level of order and control. You move people from come and see to come and die through training and development. You move people from miracles to discipleship through the Gospel of the kingdom. Moving them from one layer to another will take trainings. Ask your people how many people of ur church have preached one on one to another.
Shifts in training
1. Shift from me centric to other motives centric. You can't be me centric. In jesus scenario, it's jesus disciples that multiplied the flocks.
1. You must trust people
2. Empower them
3. Delegate them
4. Monitor them
I was thoroughly blessed by this! Thank you for your approach sir. I also liked the models that were displayed; helping leaders to chart a plan for members, from survival, to success, and then unto significance. Thank you sir! May God bless and reward you for not gate-keeping
This is a good teaching. The sound could be improved. It should be given to all pastors
Thank you Jesus
