I performed this song in a high school talent show. I was the bass player. I jammed that bass. The band came in second, and I got kind of popular amongst my peers. It was a good experience. I admire Larry, wonderful person, great musician. He inspired me.
Classic a ready great album that was a genius concept combining various genres Doo wop,Funk ,R & B ,soul Ballard, Rock ,acid jazz , it was ahead.of it's time brilliant..
Unfortunately there will never be music like the 70s produced again. Larry Graham, even before his Graham Central Station was a major influence to the 70s unique sound dating back to his late 60s success with Sly & The Family Stone. I was a college sophomore when this gem hit the airways on "the big DM" in Sumpter, SC

Ageless priceless will never be forgotten
I love this song💕
I hadn't heard this extended version before! I am even deeper in love with this song!
The Old School music is still large and in charge.
Besides being a funk icon.. Larry needs to tell the story how he is able to sing and play like that!! He’s a great singer too
Released 1978 I believe. My stepdad has been jamin' to this track ever since I've known him.
Best bass playing singer on Earth. Or is he best singing bass player on earth?🤔 And other members of the band are no slouches either.
Love his voice and the music...funky
70's and 80'S were all about "LOVE"
He sings as well as he plays bass! Amazing! Epic!
I just flat-out love this song
