If the 10 questions are unscored the requirement of meeting 50 percent of mcq to get essay does it means the requirement is 45 questions being correct inorder to get in to essay Part?

If 10 of the questions are unscored, you would need to answer 45 out of the 90 scored questions correctly to meet the 50% threshold required to advance to the essay section of the exam.
