Such a beautiful video that truly captures the reason why my heart will always be in love with Mt Hood, the waterfalls, the caves, the valleys, forests and the incredible Columbia Gorge. My spirit and inspiration have been restored.

I'm happy to hear your enthusiasm has been renewed for hiking and photographing Oregon. Another beautiful video, and Clint said it well, thankyou for putting these videos together. I'm sure you'll appreciate having done along the way, and not have to start from scratch later.

    another choice episode James.
I love how you have mastered the super slow & intentional pan & tilt - it’s a distinction of your vlogs - requiring a measured patience & a reframe to counter that relentless northward motion juggernaut -haha!

Growing up in SW WA and currently living in Camas... I still find new areas to poke about and appreciate.
We just recently did the Timberline Loop and so yeah, a lot of this is real familiar and never gets old.

It has become a given for us watching from home to expect a regular episode from you … but I just want to thank you and acknowledge the effort that it takes to produce something of this quality amongst the physical and mental pressures of thru-hiking. 🔆

Thank you, Clint! I really do enjoy doing it MOST of the time. The filming is really easy but yea, sometimes putting it together can be stressful when there is little time and chaos all around me.

I like the music you choose for these videos! I haven't explored Hood much either - I would like to do the Timberline Trail - so many trails, so little time!

Thank you! I’ve done the Timberline Trail twice! It’s an amazing way to see Hood but I will say that even still, there are so many other trails to explore, and even off-trail areas around the mountain.
