They're kinda good... but it's too large of a band so the same instruments with the same parts are playing at different times, so a smaller band would be better so that they all play the same notes at the same time
they sound so bad, they need to tune before they play and let the melody be heard( at the end) the accompaniment meaning the rest of the band needs to play quieter to allow tenor sax and trombone to be heard.

and at bar 83 the flutes are not playing triplets when triplets are written, they needed much more practice
I played this piece for all region. After one day of practice we performed the next we sounded much better than this band.
