Have been to Manali 4 times so far. And I just can't imagine such empty roads and especially an empty Mall road market. I am sure you might be very lucky for getting to feel and experience the serenity of Manali with minimal or rather no crowd presence. Have fun and do share more such videos so that we can at least experience that digitally (though I would never ever prefer that), sitting at home.

For me Old Manali was a sad site! That was my favorite place to be so many amazing cafes and hippie vibes
