I suffered with crippling anxiety in the past. Try forcing yourself in the shower next time or soak in a bath. It was the only thing I found that reset my central nervous system. I pray it helps you too.

Fear of dying . Ive been incredibly sick. No doctors or people are helping. Its sooo hard to hold on . I dont want to be sick anymore . I cant. I hate feeling like im dying every day Im so scared
God, I hate you, I hate how you don't talk to me or say hi or hug me, I hate that life is so cruel and unfair, I pray begging for change, I wish you were real, and I was sane, healthy, had love, no more fighting, no more lies, no more weight on my soul, no more crying or hurting or fear or lies or lack or loss, please end my suffering or end my life because I want radical change, I want my prayer heard and answered, I'm tired God, please answer my prayer this one time just please answer my prayer in a clear way that I know you're there for me..
