Fiber sheet won't get drilled into bars so I'll get made full grill with angle bars so nuts will get fixed into that. Please suggest some best option, i need to stop pigeons to get into my covered balcony so i m getting a grill work done.

10mm square bar or round bars.
You can do 1 inch size flat bar welding with holes in some places in the grill.... so that you can easily put not bolts in it too.
