I use Low noise exhaust, bond optics and vents because I like to have some camo as well and I don't really care about DPM and stuff like this. But you can replace the exhaust with gun rammer.

Depends on your crew. Optics is necessary, and I'd go with vert stab. But then if you have a good crew go for vents, if not take the rammer
