This message is not for Mama Gina, but for the Son-in-Law and those behind the scene that are helping this woman to do what she loves. Psychologically you are helping her stay healthy and this is helping her mind stay sharp. By doing the many dishes, she remembers the many good memories of when she was younger, and that alone makes her feel good. What a blessing she is to you and the memories she's leaving behind are so precious. So please as long as Mama Gina can and wants to cook please let her. This is what's keeping her going. I enjoy watching her and I hope that when I get to her age I'll have my family helping me and encouraging me to do what I love. God bless you all.
What a joyous, beautiful woman. Made me teary for relatives like her, long gone. Thank you for sharing her and her wonderful recipe. Sending many hugs!

I spent a whole lot of my youth growing up with Italians. The first generation whom did not speak any English would have me over for a family dinner and spend time in the wine cellar where the cask of barrels were sleeping. We had to be quite down there. We removed the cork to taste the mother milk. It was all so exciting. They would gather at the table to eat together and fill the glasses with home made wine. The kids me included would receive a glass of half water half wine to enjoy with our dinner. With the second generation whom spoke English would also have me over for dinners or weekend trips to the family cabin way up in the high sierra's of California. I loved the family so much that I became like a son and was a blood brother to the boys. We all grew up and I became the best man of a great long lasting Italian wedding. Friends, Family, Good food and some wine. Some of my best childhood memories. This channel reminds me of Nona so much Thank you.

Gina, you are so precious to me. Thank you for teaching us how to cook Real Italian food! When I watch your videos they make me so happy! You are truly a beautiful woman inside and out. I love to hear your stories about when you were young and I wish I had those same amazing memories myself. Such good family memories. This meal looks so delicious like all of your other meals. You are a fantastic cook! So the women sing while the men are waiting to eat huh? I love to hear you sing so much. I hope You and your Family are doing well. I can't wait to cook this meal. Maybe this weekend. Take care and God Bless You and your FamilyI I love you Gina.

Lucky man
I love your videos, Gina. Your cooking and singing reminds me of my Nona. God bless you. 💙
Gina!!! I love your recipes. I lost my mother at a young age. To find your recipes I love. As a single father I can teach my kids how to cook real food because of your recipes. Your my grading angel. Your recipes are so authentic and healthy I love em.
Bless you my dear. Love you
My Sicilian wife and I LOVE your cooking better than any of the so-called celebrity chefs on tv. We're watching you for life!
