Really love the emotional feeling and love between Bronya and Seele, it doesn't matter if the kiss scene got censored or not (due to the policy in China), the most important part is the whole story in game and animation / manga built around Bronya and Seele present strong binding ( strong love) between the characters, I believe audience who love this couple could feel it.
I read the manga today and I saw the kiss scene there. In France they even sold physical copies of Azur Water some years ago with the kiss scene on it. Despite the kiss happening in a quantum state (Seele disappeared and Bronya was making the experiment) it was still canon and it happen. Bronya and Seele are canon, just like Mei and Kiana as well as Kallen and Sakura. Stop using the "oh but they grew up together so they are sisters" card. They are not sister, not even the slightest. The fact that Seele calls Bronya "onee-chan" doesn't mean she considers her as a sister. That polite term is used in Japan between older/younger people even when they are not related by blood
