Bobcat puts them in already from the factory. Dealer told me. If u take a loan they have to have a way to keep track of the machine if u get it repossessed.
@@alexmitilica99 but if a few people already knows it, specially people who dedicate to stealing these machines might already know where they put the gps and or know a way to block them
i like how the sema truck turned into the work truck and the work truck turned into his baby... he may be a ford man now. also, im 17 and my uncle gave me a Gehl excavator, a tiny machine, smaller that what you and dedic were looking at in the begining of the video. im going to try and start digging out little ponds for back yards and such.
Cool little machine man , glad you got one. I’ve never personally run anything Bobcat brand but I know they have a huge following, excited to see it on the channel, have fun with it
You guys are allowed to have wayyy too much fun lol Also I work in a civil material testing lab and guys do a great job with soils and rock on your land (given the dirt you have).
I run equipment everyday a little advice for hauling a excavator put the blade at the front of the trailer lower it and keep the boom at the back of the trailer run the chain threw the eyes on the blade
Working at an equipment dealership something I've noticed about skid steers is the front doors and the way they open, Bobcats and Cats open out but Kubotas open up so if you ever need to get out of it with your loader arms up you're SOL with Bobcats and Cats!
I just got my first mini excavator too!! Next is a Cat skid steer... Btw just a heads up, chain down the bucket too! Any hydraulic part has to be chained down too i believe.
Have the windows tinted a little it helps with the sun beaming down on u. We got a cat 305.5 with tinted windows and it helps a lot and keeps cab cooler
When you tie down the equipment it must be 4 points and any attachments. You need a strap across the bucket. Watch out for DOT, they'll fine you big time.
Not if its personal or agg use. Put a business name or commercial name on it and they will nail you to the floor and then run you over with your own truck.
@@joshnixon2917 watch durtymax jack as he found out the hard way. Also use binders not ratchet straps. That’s state law look it up. In my best Donnie Baker impressions. Shut up randy, you took my binders to take your mom shopping.
Hell ya escevators are the shit bro you can do so much they are one of the most versitile pieces of equipment you can buy good first buy if you have nothing else
Word of advice, get your cdl if you plan on towing equipment. DOT can be dicks. I've played that game and lost. And now I have a CDL. It's been a positive to have it.
Load security if for safety for yourself, and also for others, in liability. So take some time to learn it and master it. You did great by checking constantly, and no shame in asking for help!
Gotta always chain down at 4 points & throw a chain over that bucket. Idk about Cali, but in NC Highway Patrol will ram-rod your ass over improper straps. Nice purchase Ryan, you have yourself a BIG money maker in your fleet now💰💰 Good luck brother🔥💯🇺🇸
Them pickles will save ur life if you get heat exhaustion / heat stroke. They have saved my ass so many times working out in the sun. Nice score on the 65. 65s are freaking fast little bikes. An hell of a nive score on the equipment.
Hey brotha it should be a direct replacement for that digital dash, I know for cat machines it is at least and all equipment manufacturers have to follow the same standards and I believe that is a standard
My dad has a heavy equipment company and always buys from that dealer hope they treated you well. If your looking for a great deal on a skid steer I know of a few
this will be completely off topic but i want to know what kind of controller he uses for his air bags on the bbb, i'm wanting to build my own air suspension but im not sure what to use for the controller
Sad to say I found your channel because of the fire but man I'm addicted to your content now. Keep it up and always WORK FOR IT
"My childhood dreams, starting to come true"
I think we all had the same dream and much more to come. Hats off brother and good luck!
I would suggest you put a GPS tracker on that excavator
They come with telematics.

I dont think it's easily accessible. I'd have to ask my dealer but I was told its really hard to find it.
@@CUBEoneVX i would think they'd have it thought out enough

Have an e45 and love it. The power is crazy. Love the zero tail swing
Love the zero tail. I have a John Deere 50D and the E45 will dig circles around the 50D.
@@joshnixon2917 always wondered how the 50d's were. An e45 with a 3ft bucket can move some serious dirt
I liked that camera angle on your way back! Different from what i usually see so good job man

*WORKFORIT* Hell yeah man. Thanks for the great content, and people... dont forget to work for it! Dream it and do it, anything possible my mans!

highly reccomend kubota for a skid steer, I've put countless hours on mine and for the price I bought it used from the dealer, couldn't beat it
To replace the dash you would need the dash+wiring harness+rewiring. The deluxe panel has more functions and more controls.

Ryno I have an e35 and so far only complaint is it lacks power when sweeping with the bucket other than that the air blows cold as hell and it rips
Congrats on the bobcat man!! Great buy! Super reliable equipment. Living proof that when you #workforit, good shit will come your way.
Its not a party until Wes shows up :)

Nice man that’s a good starter with the hydraulic thumb. I work at that store haha I don’t remember seeing you. Let’s us know how it goes man.
Did the water tank ever get finished?
I'm finnin to get a bobcat s70. Mini skid to access 3 foot openings
